Refund and Return Policy

How it works:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase only for wrong items received or if the item is defective upon first use. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you receive a defective or broken device reach out to our contact email and request for a return shipping label within 24 hours of item delivery. A replacement will go out within the next available shipping date if return is confirmed defective. 


To start a return, you can contact us at office@Buyvapesusa.com. If you return request is approved, the customer will be responsible to cover all shipping costs. Also, Buy Vapes USA reserves the right to refuse return if upon return arrival to our warehouse, it is determined that the product does not meet eligibility requirements.

Damaged Items and Wrong Products:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note Buy Vapes USA only covers products that issues arise within the first 24 hours upon delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
