All orders placed before 3 PM EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will ship the following business day. In the event of an issue with your order such as availability or verification, your shipping and processing times may vary.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery
All orders are shipped via LaserShip within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. For safety and security, all orders require Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is valid and accessible so you can receive your package. We are unable to ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx due to carrier restrictions.

Please make sure that your shipping address is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for any packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Our team will do our best to adjust any misspelled addresses, but once the order is shipped, we cannot make adjustments. BuyVapesUSA.com is not responsible for return-to-sender packages due to incorrect addresses or if no one is available to sign (must be 21+).
